Here’s how it works:

1. Fill out the information below with your friends.
2. The referred applicant(s) must deliver this form to Elmwood Properties when they sign the lease.
3. $100 will be paid upon receipt of room deposit by your referred applicant(s) within 30 days.
4. Form is per apartment, not per person.
5. You can make unlimited referrals.
6. Referrals must be made within 60 days of application.
7. NEW applicants ONLY. Roommate additions and/or transfers are not valid.
